Mass Movement during pre-season

We have decided to open up for the possibility to allow mass movements this pre-season.

With mass movement we mean that we allow all footballers (but less footballers as well of course) in a team to sign for another team - even in other leagues. If we allow this or not will be up to the GM Team to decide and we will make an individual investigation for each case as long as the request has been sent tofid.headgm@communisport.com. 

The main goal with allowing this is to make leagues more active and more competative. We want leagues with teams who are close to each other when it comes to skills to make the matches as exciting and challenging as possible.

Things we will look at to reach this goal are for example:
*Age and skills of the footballers. The attribute level of the footballers in the team that wants to move but also the footballers in the league where the team wants to move to is of great importance. If the team is much better than the teams in the league that they want to move to then we will most likely refuse the request.
*The activity and quality of the teams in both the league which the team wants to leave and in the league where the team wants to go to. If the team leaving a league which is mainly inactive and with no other fully active team then we do not think that the team should be that much missed in that league.
*The opinion of the community. If the communities think it is ok with the move then it is more likely that it will be allowed than if the community is against it.
*The opinon of the team. If only half the team wants to move and the rest don't like the idea of loosing half the team then it is likely that the request will not be granted.

We really suggest any request to have as much information as needed and you must be prepared to answer any questions that the GMs ask regarding your request. Things like the opinion of the community and the view of the users in the team can be backed up by polls, threads to back up claims like that. We will set a deadline for requests like this as soon we have decided a date and this thread will then be updated with that information. Any changes in the contents of this post that will may be edited will be announced in a post below this initital post.

We also want to add that we will use the same or even an extended rule like the "Request Relegation for Bot Teams" rule that was added last pre-season. We will announce that rule as soon as we have decided the dates and set that exact rule (if it will be extended or not) but until then you can read what it looked like last pre-season here. As you can see also this rule will help to make the top leagues more active and more interesting.
